Active Profile appointed to major regeneration project
ACTIVE Profile has won the contract to provide PR and marketing support to the multi-million pound Brunswick regeneration scheme in Manchester.
Under the £113m programme for the area, which sits between Stockport Road and Upper Brook Street, 650 council homes will be refurbished and 500 will be built. Some homes will be demolished. There will also be shops and a new road layout.
Active Profile, which has offices in Manchester and Liverpool, was appointed by preferred bidder for the work, Solutions 4 Brunswick, following a five-way pitch.
Solutions 4 Brunswick is a consortium consisting of construction group Galliford Try, Contour Homes, contract manager Equitix and maintenance company Mears.
Anna Heyes, managing director of Active Profile, said: “S4B has impressive plans for the Brunswick area, which we are delighted to be taking into the public domain with Manchester City Council for planning approval and delivery in the coming months.”
Active Profile has a number of live projects with organisations in the property and regeneration sector including Sigma Capital, Chrysalis Fund and Ashtenne Industrial Fund.
