LIVERPOOL's economic development agency Liverpool Vision is promoting the city to India's equivalent of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) this weekend.The Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) annual summit is attended by heads of state, trade ministers and industry leaders from around the world.
