ALTRINCHAM-based digital marketing agency AddPeople has launched a search engine optimisation (SEO) service aimed at small and medium-sized businesses.

The firm said 70 companies have already signed up to the service since its launch last month.

Marketing manager Neil Baker said: “Many businesses see the potential benefits of achieving search engine visibility but are often deterred by the level of investment required.

“Our brand new service is both affordable and flexible to ensure we deliver exactly what the customer needs to achieve the best possible results.”

AddPeople specialises in search engine optimisation, web design, pay-per-click management and other services.

MARKETING agency Cube3 has been hired by Manchester Giants Basketball.

It said it would work with the side to develop the brand, engage new and existing audiences and build a stronger fan base in the region. It will involve marketing and social media.

Cube3 already works for the Belle Vue Aces, the British Speedway team based in Manchester.

MANCHESTER Metropolitan University’s business incubator Innospace is hosting a free press release workshop for small businesses.

It will be led by journalist Mary Murtagh who says she will deliver 10 top tips for press releases and advice on what journalists want.
