AN architect behind a major mixed-use scheme to the north of Liverpool city centre is bidding to extend the planning consent.Plans for a 200-bed 12-storey hotel, a multi-storey car park, retail and around 240,000 sq ft of offices was first approved at 70 Pall Mall in 2009.Dylan Jones' Liverpool-based A2 Architects drew up the original plans which feature a mix of old and new buildings.It is seeking to keep it alive through a related company called Atelier Management however no developer is currently attached the scheme.Liverpool's ......for the full story register now for free or login below...
