COUNTRYSIDE Properties will build 292 new homes as part of Stockport's regeneration plans for Brinnington.The council's executive approved Countryside as preferred bidder at a meeting of the executive on April 2.They also agreed to new leisure facilities to replace the Life Leisure Lapwing Centre.
