Expansion for Places for People

SOCIAL landlord Places for People, which has offices in Manchester and Preston, has acquired RMG.

Hertfordshire-based RMG provides property-related services, including estate management and grounds maintenance, to a number of housebuilders, registered providers, landlords, and local authorities.

It also manages private sector leasing and facilities management services to local authorities across London and the South East.

Places for People has 81,000 homes under management and £3bn in assets. Clearwater Corporate Finance’s property team advised RMG on the sale.
