THE Crown Estate, the agency which controls property officially owned by the Queen, has bought the Coliseum Shopping Park in Cheshire Oaks for £81m.The 145,000 sq ft Coliseum, which is next to the McArthur Glen discount mall, was sold by clients of Schroders. The park's tenants include Next, Argos, H&M and Mamas & Papas. It follows The Crown Estate's acquisition of the 295,000 sq ft Racecourse Retail Park in Aintree, Liverpool for £101.5m in October.Director of investment Paul Clark said: "[Our latest] lettings ......for the full story register now for free or login below...
