Cordial relations at Chapel St scheme

THE first major development at the Chapel Street regeneration area in Salford is to take its name from a Vimto factory that was once nearby.

The development of 83 apartments and 14 houses adjacent to the Bell Tower pub will be called Vimto Gardens.

The English Cities Fund is behind the development, a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal & General and The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). It is responsible for the £650m Salford Central regeneration programme.
