Coalfield Resources confirms fundraising plan

COALFIELD Resources has confirmed that it expects to carry out a fundraising to cover the costs of its creation out of the former UK Coal business in the next few months.The group's main asset since it restructured in December is a 24.9% shareholding in Harworth Estates Property Group, which is the developer of Cutacre, a former former mine site near Bolton, which retailer Aldi has chosen for a new regional distribution hub.  Following the restructure, CfR - whose largest shareholder is the Peel Group - has retained only a min......for the full story register now for free or login below...
