Plans submitted for £50m Blackpool housing scheme

HOLLINWOOD Homes, part of the Marcus Worthington group, has submitted a £50m plan for 400 new homes in Blackpool.

The 19-acre Foxhall Village scheme off Rigby Road, designed by Broadway Malyan, will deliver two, three and four bedroom homes, with 70 of the plots being developed for Great Places social housing group.

Subject to planning consent, work is expected to start this year on Foxhall Village, with an estimated completion date of 2020.
