United nets PepsiCo Asia sponsporship deal

MANCHESTER United has again demonstrated its strong commercial lure internationally, and has signed a multi-year regional sponsorship agreement with PepsiCo in Asia-Pacific.

Under terms of the deal, PepsiCo will become the official soft drinks partner of Manchester United in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos and Brunei. The drinks firm will hold exclusive rights to use Manchester United branding on its products and point of sale materials within these markets.

Manchester United enjoys a combined fan base of an estimated 38 million consumers in these seven countries.
