STANLEY Dock Properties has lodged plans to convert a 1950s dockside warehouse in Liverpool into a conference centre.Stanley Dock Properties, owned by Harcourt Developments' chairman Pat Doherty, is currently converting Stanley Dock's Victorian North Warehouse into a hotel and has plans to convert the dock's tobacco warehouse into apartments.It had originally intended to demolish the 1950s building, known as the Rum Warehouse, but now envisages a conference and banqueting space.A planning statement prepared by architects RPS said: ......for the full story register now for free or login below...
