THE North West's professional community has produced a new singing sensation in the shape of Dean Gormley of law firm Halliwells.

The banking lawyer was last night named as the winner of the 2008 Y Factor challenge after he wowed judges and an audience of more than 450 of the region's professionals with his rendition of the Elvis classic, ‘Suspicious Minds’.
