PRESTBURY Holdings, the financial services firm which had its shares suspended earlier this week after it could not release its half-year results on time, has agreed to transfer its advisors to Personal Touch Financial Services.

The Cheshire-based company said it had signed a heads of agreement with Birmingham-based Personal Touch to transfer around 80 of its financial advisors.

However, it also said the agreement is not legally binding and as a result there is no certainty that the transfer will take place.
