Manchester United agrees Maltese credit card deal

MANCHESTER United has struck a four-year deal with the Malta-based Banif Bank.

Under the deal the bank will have the right to produce and market the official Manchester United credit card in Malta.

Banif Bank opened in 2008 and employs 160 people, servicing around 32,000 clients across 10branches and a further six business units.

The club’s group managing director Richard Arnold said: “Malta has a long and proud association with the club, with its supporters’ Ccub there being founded over 50 years ago, in 1959.

“This partnership with Banif Bank gives Manchester United fans in Malta another way to engage with the club they love.”
