Redrow wins major planning consent at Ellesmere Port

REDROW has won planning permission for 1,570 new homes on farmland near Ellesmere Port. The housebuilder's bid for 2,000 homes at Sutton New Hall Farm, Ledsham Road, near Little Sutton, attracted strong local opposition and was knocked back by the council in June.But a scaled back plan was approved on December 5.
