David Ross acquires Simon Jersey

ACCRINGTON-based corporate clothing supplier Simon Jersey has been acquired by Carphone Warehouse co-founder David Ross.Mr Ross has taken control of Kwintet UK from the Swedish parent company Kwintet Group. The value of the deal was not disclosed.The deal also includes Pionér, a fire retardant brand within the oil and gas sector.
