RDA seeks tourism advisers

THE NORTH WEST Regional Development Agency (NWDA) has earmarked £900,000 to fund a panel of tourism consultants.

The agency has responsibility for sustainable tourism development across the region through its own tourism teams and the five tourist boards.

In a statement it said: "To support this role the agency wishes to review its existing tourism consultancy panel of specialist tourism consultants from which it can commission work on a project-by-project basis."
