PROFILE Park, a 150,000 sq ft mixed use commercial site in Nelson, Lancashire, has been put into receivership by the Bank of Ireland.

The bank has appointed the Ilkley-based Law of Property Act (LPA) receiver, LPA Direct, to handle the park on the site of the former Smurfit Kappa packaging factory.

Profile Park is owned by Liverpool-based Profile Design. Another Liverpool firm, Amadeus Developments, was also involved but parted ways with Profile last year according to information at Companies House.
