Liverpool FC strikes Dunkin’ Donuts deal
LIVERPOOL FC has signed a commercial agreement with the parent company of Dunkin' Donuts.

LIVERPOOL FC has signed a commercial agreement with the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts.

The deal with US-based Dunkin’ Brands Group means Dunkin Donuts will become the club’s “official coffee, tea and bakery partner” while sister brand Baskin-Robbins will be the official ice cream partner.

The brands will appear on advertising hoardings at Anfield and also be present in the club’s digital media, programmes and on pre-season tours.

Dunkin’ Brands is expanding in the UK after opening a Dunkin’ Donuts in London last month.

The club’s managing director Ian Ayre told Sky News: “In order to support [manager] Brendan we have to provide the resources to allow that.

“That is only allowable operating within your own means – they are the rules we have all signed up to – and this is absolutely vital in us being able to compete.”

He added: “In the modern game we talk about financial fair play and the ability to operate in transfer markets, and a big part of doing what we want to achieve here is generating revenue which supports what we do on the pitch.”
