Marketing Manchester signs Gary Neville for MIPIM

FORMER footballer turned TV pundit, England coach and now property developer Gary Neville will be speaking at on the Manchester stand at property event MIPIM next month.

Neville, who is partnering with former Manchester United team mate Ryan Giggs in his Cafe Football and Hotel Football ventures, is sure to be a draw for the international media at the annual showcase in Cannes.

His speech will focus on Hotel Football, which is due to open this autumn opposite Old Trafford stadium, and takes place on March 13.

Hotel Football is a 139-bed hotel, which features a football pitch on the roof, will serve match day fans, as well as families, tourists and business users.

Neville’s presentation will be one of six Manchester stand events taking place at MIPIM this year.        

2014 also sees Manchester take part in the fifth European Cities
