Lettings latest: Sanderson Weatherall; Frazer John; Livelink; Phoenix Medical

PROPERTY agent Sanderson Weatherall is moving to a new office in Spring Gardens, Manchester.

The firm, which has 30 staff in Manchester, has taken 3,457 sq ft at The Chancery on a 10-year lease. It is moving from nearby Brook House.

RECRUITMENT consultant Frazer John has taken 4,035 sq ft at 1 New York Street in Manchester.

The firm is moving from an office in King Street which it has outgrown.

Founder John Dyson said: “Our new office is a permanent home for our team to grow into, so we’ve invested in a bold and exciting design aimed at energising our staff and candidates.

Manchester-based Sheila Bird Group has carried out the interior design work at the office which is owned by Invesco Real Estate. Andrew Frazer of Scott Frazer acted for Frazer John while Invesco was represented by Emma Powell of OBI Property. CBRE is the joint agent.

DIGITAL marketing agency Livelink has taken 4,000 sq ft at Property Alliance Group’s Merchant Exchange in Whitworth Street, Manchester.

It has taken a five-year lease and doubled the size of its previous space in Peter Street.

Managing director PK Vaish said: “We are delighted to be moving into Merchant Exchange, we have a dedicated young team who spend most of their awake hours at Livelink. Providing them with a fun, stimulating environment is our way of recognising their hard work and showing them that we appreciate the efforts they go to on behalf of the clients.

THE Co-operative Estates has let 7,800 sq ft at Wellfield Business Park in Runcorn to Phoenix Medical Supplies, a European pharmaceutical wholesaler.

Phoenix has agreed a lease until 2027 at the park in Preston Brook next to the M56 which has five detached office buildings.

Geoff Player, director of Commercial and Investment Property at Co-operative Estates, said: “The commercial property market in the Warrington and Runcorn locality has certainly been more active in recent months; however, with a healthy supply of competition in the vicinity we are delighted to secure this significant letting.”

BE Group and DTZ are joint agents at the park.

Simon Roddam, associate director of BE Group, said: “The location was ideal for this occupier given its proximity to their headquarters, and this coupled with our pragmatic leasing strategy provided an ideal property solution.”
