Manchester United's chief operatiing officer to leave

MANCHESTER United has announced the departure chief operating officer Michael Bolingbroke.In a short statement the club said the former Cirque du Soleil executive's responsibilities, including stadium operations and finance, would be assumed "by current members of the management team". The 46-year-old moved to Manchester to take up the role in 2007.
