Peel seeks tenants for Venus

PEEL Land & Property is marketing two floors of its Venus office development next to the Trafford Centre.

The high-grade office six storey development, which was built 10 years ago this year, is home to a range of international businesses such as consumer healthcare group Reckitt Benckiser and Capita.

CBRE, Colliers International and Edwards & Co have been appointed to market the vacant space.

Venus currently has its fourth and fifth floors (totalling 22,728 sq. ft. / 2,111 sq. m.) available to let.
