Appointments: Fletchers Solicitors; Pinsent Masons; Henderson Homes

MEDICAL negligence and serious injury law firm Fletchers Solicitors has strengthened its team with the appointment of Emma Jordan.

Jordan has over eight years’ specialist experience in high value catastrophic injury cases, previously working at Liverpool firm Silverbeck Rymer for 10 years, before joining Armstrongs, where she was an integral part of its serious injury department.
 
She will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of a range of catastrophic injury and medical negligence cases, such as brain injuries, spinal injuries and amputations.

She said: “My new role at Fletchers offers me the perfect opportunity to challenge and test myself in a new field of personal injury, whilst also being able to maintain my true passion for helping seriously injured people get their life back together and restore quality of life.”

JO Seed has joined the litigation and compliance team at Pinsent Masons in Manchester as an associate.

She is a commercial litigator with experience in commercial fraud litigation and contentious sporting matters.  

Seed has joined from Peters & Peters Solicitors in London and previously trained at Halliwells in Manchester.
 
She has acted on behalf of a variety of clients, dealing with claims for public limited companies, private limited companies, partnerships and high net worth individuals.

DEVELOPER Henderson Homes has strengthened its senior management team with the appointment of Jonathan Hill as land director.
 
Hill joins the company, based at Mere near Knutsford, with 18 years of experience in residential development, gained as Land and development director at Hillcrest Homes and as senior land manager at David McLean Homes.
 
Managing director Max Henderson said: “Jonathan’s experience of identifying and acquiring prime sites for desirable residential development is unparalleled. He has vision, excellent contacts and a proven track record of leading a development through purchase and planning to the build stage.”
