FORMER senior managers at the coach and holidays group Shearings sold stakes in the business when they left earlier this year.

Marketing director Karen Gee and transport director Jimmy King left their jobs in January following a boardroom shake-up.

According to new information filed at Companies House Ms Gee sold 14,230 shares while Mr King sold 76,200. The holdings represented 0.48% and 2.6% of the share capital.
