AFTER boosting turnover and cutting losses Braemar's directors have decided to buy shares in the Cheshire property fund manager.
Chief executive Marc Duschenes bought 433,334 ordinary shares at an average price of 2.135p per share. Mr Duschenes now holds 32,876,666 ordinary shares representing 20.07% of the share capital of the company. Finance director Jonathan Murphy purchased 333,333 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 2.02p a share. He now has 1% of the company.
