Warrington industrial base fetches £2.6m
HOLMES Chapel-based Chestergate Properties has sold an industrial unit at Gemini Business Park in Warrington for £2.6m.
The 33,000 sq ft site in Europa Boulevard is let to athletic equipment firm Asics.
It has been acquired by Isle of Man-based Greenstone Sovereign. The sale price reflects a net initial yield of 8.75%.
John Burrows of B8 Real Estate, who acted for Chestergate Properties, said: ”The sale re-affirms strong investor demand for well let assets within established industrial locations such as Warrington.”
