JLL appointed to One New Bailey
COMMERCIAL agent JLL has been appointed to market One New Bailey, a 125,000 sq ft office block being constructed on the site of Ralli Courts in Salford.
JLL joins DTZ on the scheme which is due for completion in summer 2016.
The building is being developed by the English Cities Fund, a partnership between Legal & General, the Homes and Communities Agency and Muse Dvelopments.
It is part of the wider New Bailey scheme which includes a 143-bed Premier Inn and a 615 space multi-storey car park, both of which are on site and will complete this year.
ECF development director Phil Mayall said: “We appointed JLL as joint agent on One New Bailey based on their extensive experience in the Manchester office market. This is an exciting project and I am confident JLL will be a great asset to the team in attracting a wide range of businesses to this unique new business district in the city.”
