PROPERTY investor the Hollins Murray Group has fully let St John’s House after two deals at the Altrincham office scheme.

Developer Lovell has signed up to 7,300 sq ft on a 10-year lease and recruiter Experis has extended its 8,000 sq ft with an extra 3,500 sq ft on the second floor.

Joint agents Canning O’Neill and Regional Property Solutions acted for Hollins Murray Group. DTZ advised Lovell.
