Lettings latest: Bank Quay House and Hamilton House

SEVEN new occupiers have signed up to 6,000 sq ft at Bank Quay House in Warrington.

The 26,000 sq ft block in Sankey Street is owned by Cleveland-based Python Properties.

The new occupiers include Reed Recruitment, KB Logic, TAB Management, Elite Promotions & Marketing, Evo Systems, Radiology Reporting Online and Precise Marketing Solutions.

Simon Roddam of agent BE Group, which is marketing the building, said: “The Warrington office market is performing well, with take up exceeding the 200,000 sq ft mark at the end of Q3 2014.

“We have seen an increase in demand for smaller office accommodation in Warrington town centre, and Bank Quay House’s offer has really hit the mark with footloose occupiers seeking quality office accommodation on flexible terms.”

Altus Eileen Bilton is the joint agent.
