Allied London wins consent for former Mirror print centre

SPINNINGFIELDS developer Allied London is working with property investor Aerium on a mixed use plan for the Daily Mirror's former printing headquarters in London.

Aerium, which owns 3 Hardman Street in Spinningfields, bought Herbal House in Farringdon with Allied London for £26m two years ago.

Planning approval has now been granted for 120,000 sq ft of flexible workspace, retail space and apartments.
