Buyout at agricultural buildings specialist

A CHESHIRE manufacturer that produces steel-framed buildings for the agricultural sector has been bought by one of the directors.

Lee Gilbert has bought out his partner Guido Battig with a six-figure loan from NatWest.

The Middlewich-based business was established three years ago and now employs 21 staff.

Mr Gilbert said: “We presently have a strong customer base and I want to continue to expand our national profile. We want to focus on more sector shows and events, and attract new clients.”

Law firm Lanyon Bowdler and accountant Dyke Yaxley advised Mr Gilbert.
