Buyout at agricultural buildings specialist
A CHESHIRE manufacturer that produces steel-framed buildings for the agricultural sector has been bought by one of the directors.
Lee Gilbert has bought out his partner Guido Battig with a six-figure loan from NatWest.
The Middlewich-based business was established three years ago and now employs 21 staff.
Mr Gilbert said: "We presently have a strong customer base and I want to continue to expand our national profile. We want to focus on more sector shows and events, and attract new clients.”
