Millson moves to Manchester

PROPERTY consultancy Millson Associates has relocated from Hyde to Manchester city centre.

It has taken a 1,400 sq ft office on a five-year lease at Byron House in Kennedy Street near Albert Square.

Philip Millson said: “Over the last few years our business and client base has changed significantly, where we are now working closely with national pub and leisure operators across the country and with major developers.

“That shift and our growth have meant that we needed a more central location that was based in Manchester yet accessible to London, where we also have an office and a strong client base.”

Canning O’Neill is a joint agent with PDA Holdings at the building which is owned by a private landlord.
