Fortis Developments buys construction firm

FORTIS Developments, the student property development and lettings specialist, has acquired a construction business.

Altrincham-based Fortis has snapped-up Hull and Leeds firm Beaumont Morgan Developments for an undiclosed sum.

The acquisition will allow Fortis to expand its offering further providing a complete investment, design and build service to its clients.  Fortis has delivered more than 1,000 student and residential investment properties since 2012 and is seeing strong demand.

The companies already have a long standing professional relationship. Gareth Morgan a director of Fortis is also a director of Beaumont Morgan.

Fortis was advised by Altrincham-based Myerson Solicitors in a deal led by corporate commercial partner, Andrew Brown assisted by solicitor, Chris Wilson.
