Partner promotions at DLA Piper, TLT & Shoosmiths

FINANCE and projects lawyer Joseph Frew has been promoted to partner, as of May 1, at DLA Piper.
 
Manchester-based Frew advises lenders and borrowers on all aspects of bilateral and syndicated finance transactions. He has a particular focus on asset based lending, including real estate finance and was one of nine UK partner promotions and 44 globally.

TWO Manchester lawyers are part of a six-strong round of partner promotions at ambitious law firm TLT, taking its partner group over 100 for the first time.

They are financial disputes lawyer James Chadwick and technology & IP lawyer David Gardner.

TLT’s  Manchester office has grown to over 80 staff in under two years. Its  most recent arrival is banking & restructuring partner Martin March.

NATIONAL law firm Shoosmiths has promoted regulatory expert Andrea James to partner in its national dispute resolution & compliance team.

James leads Shoosmiths’ professional discipline & healthcare regulatory offering. James joined the firm in 2013, bringing with her 11 years of experience and a strong track record of success in representing healthcare professionals in fitness to practice proceedings, registration appeals, inquests and judicial review claims.
