OBI gets XYZ mission

WILL Lewis of OBI Property has been appointed as leasing consultant for Allied London’s new XYZ building at Spinningfields in Manchester.

Lewis has been action for Allied London since 2009 and has sourced tenants for No 1 The Avenue and parts of 3 Harman Street since then.

Chief executive of Allied London, Michael Ingall, said: “OBI Property, under Will Lewis, has understood our requirements and principles at Spinningfields now for several years and gave us fantastic support and initiative in the dark years.
