Plans for 35 Liverpool apartments submitted

PLANS have been submitted for a development of 35 apartments in the heart of Liverpool.

A company called LAAB Developments Ltd is listed on the Liverpool City Council website as the applicant.

The submission is for a change of use of Princes Building, 81 Dale Street, including the reconfiguration of ground floor retail units, and the use of the basement for anicllary storage space.

The application also includes the conversion of 10 Hockenhall Alley and 11-13 Cheapside to form office accommodation together with a five-storey extension at the rear of 10 Hockenhall Alley to form an enclosed sairwell for access.

Agent for the development is Richard Gee at  Roman Summer Associates Ltd Town Planning Consultantsm based in Rawtenstall, East Lancashire, who refused to comment on the application.
