Lettings latest: Urban Splash; St Johns & JTS Solicitors

REGENERATION company Urban Splash has secured 9,000sq ft of lettings with 10 new tenants this month.
 
The developer offers more than 1 million sq ft of commercial space across its UK wide portfolio.

Recent deals include 2,000sq ft of lettings at Ducie House in Manchester to tenants including Wild Business Radio, mattress supplier Leesa Sleep Limited, law firm Heaney Watson, design studio Left Media and ecommerce specialist Vedo. 1,600sq ft has also been let to hairdressing salon Industry who has taken the final unit at Longlands Mill in Stalybridge.
 
A further 1,114sq ft of space has been let in the Liverpool portfolio which includes space in the Ropewalks area of the city and the Matchworks in Speke. New tenants include; builders HE Simm, Intex Systems and architects JDA Liverpool.

ST Johns Shopping Centre in Liverpool has announced a trio of new lettings.

Independent family-run jeweller F Hinds, Spanish perfumery Equivalenza and hair salon Trinity Hair have taken leases.

Bosses of St Johns say the centre has significantly outperformed both regional and national averages for footfall throughout the 2014/15 financial year, ending in April. Some 14.3m shoppers visited St Johns over the 12 month period, a rise of 8.4% on the previous year.

A traffic lawyer is to open offices at Hale in Greater Manchester

JTS Solicitors, which specialise in speeding fines, tickets and motoring offences has taken the 210sq ft office suite on the second floor of 156A Ashley Road, for one year.
 
Daniel Lee, director of Regional Property Solutions, who let the premises on behalf of the landlord a private individual, said: “This property is now fully let with the recent letting of the retail unit to ‘Dear Barber’.  Both transactions  were completed very quickly reflecting the continued popularity of this Cheshire village”.

The tenant was unrepresented.
