Lettings latest: WHR; Liverpool International Business Park & more

THE first new occupier since the refurbishment less than two months ago at 60 Fountain Street in central Manchester has been secured by sole letting agents WHR Consultants.

Footy Accumulators has relocated from its previous offices on Mosley Street to take 3,602 sq ft on the first floor on a five-year lease at £19.50 per sq ft.

Owned by McAleer & Rushe Group, 60 Fountain Street provides 20,680sq ft of Grade A office accommodation, which has recently undergone a significant refurbishment including the creation of a double height glazed reception area.

Currently, only 2,670 sq ft on the ground floor remains available with DAC Beachcroft occupying the remainder of the building.

Harry Skinner of WHR said: “By moving to 60 Fountain Street, Footy Accumulators has more than doubled the amount of space it previously occupied.

“The fact that we were able to attract a new occupier to the building so soon after completion of the refurbishment is testament to what the landlord has achieved and reinforces the demand for high quality accommodation in the prime core.”
