Motique Plastics now has room to grow

GRAPHIC design specialist Motique Plastics has more than doubled the size of its floor space by moving into new premises in Warrington.

The company specialises in the supply of automotive graphics predominently for the caravan and motorhome sector.

Print and branding services include flat bed printing, resin domed badges, acrylic plaques and a new, globally patented technology, Eco Badge, which provides a more versatile alternative to injection moulding.as well as and acrylic components for industrial use.

Family-run Motique was founded in 1985 and currently employs 23 people.

The new 17,500sq ft premise are set over three-floors and will house the firm’s machinery as well as offices for staff.
 
Bosses say this will allow for the business to operate more efficiently and grow in the future.

The business has been operating from an 7,500sq ft unit in Warrington and moved into the new premises at the end of the summer following six-figure funding support from NatWest.

Motique director Athil Raihani said: “The new premises will allow for us to operate more effectively as a business so we can continue to provide customers with the high standards of service they have come to expect.

“As we work in a sector where technology changes rapidly, the new headquarters will also provide the facilities we need to function in the future.”

When the time came to obtain funding for the new unit, Athil turned to Julie Thistlethwaite, senior relationship manager at NatWest for support. Julie obtained a six-figure loan to facilitate. Motique Plastics has been a NatWest customer for more than two decades.
