Alliance gets in on redevelopment at St Peter’s Square

DEVELOPER and investor Property Alliance Group has been appointed as Royal London Asset Management’s partner on the redevelopment plans for No 3 St Peter’s Square in Manchester city centre.

Previously known as Peterloo House, the vacant 1970s seven-storey building is in the city’s most important civic square adjacent to Argent’s 273,000sq ft No 1 St Peter’s Square and No 2 St Peter’s Square, currently under construction to provide 160,000sq ft offices.

No 3 St Peter’s Square has planning consent for a new build 105,000sq ft 12-storey office development, however wider uses for the redevelopment are also being explored by the team.
