Cheshire property firm rebrands with key appointment

WILMSLOW-based property firm Williams Commercial is to be renamed Williams Sillitoe Commercial following the appointment of industrial agent Mark Sillitoe who joins the firm as co-director after 13 years at JLL.

Established in 2010 by Charlie Williams, the company specialises in disposals and lettings, property development, investment and acquisition across all sectors.

The agency represents property companies throughout the North West including Quorum Estates, Property Alliance, Bruntwood, Orbit Developments and schemes such as Trident Business Park, Manchester Airport, and The Colony, Wilmslow.

Williams said: “The business has been growing at a steady pace, thanks to the volume and quality of instructions we have secured and the deals we have successfully converted.

“Mark’s appointment will act as a springboard to help us to further develop our industrial and logistics offer. Mark is a popular and highly regarded agent in the North West and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to support and grow our client base.”
