Patrizia means business at Daten Park

CBRE’s Manchester and Liverpool office agency teams, along with Canning O’Neill, have been appointed by Patrizia UK on 22,000sq ft of office accommodation at Daten Park near Warrington.

Patrizia has committed to a major refurbishment programme on Building 1 to create modern and contemporary space over unique sized floorplates.

The established business park is at Birchwood, just 20 miles from both Manchester and Liverpool centres, with easy access to J11 of the M62 and J21A of the M6.

The agency team has been appointed ahead of work commencing on-site in early 2016.
