Fit-out firm’s stellar start to 2016

WARRINGTON design and fit-out practice Claremont has handed over 161,000sq ft and £9m of new office space in the last six weeks, marking a stellar start to 2016.

The completed projects include the interior design and fit-out of McDonald’s office in Shoreditch, London, the £4.4m interior design and fit-out of a new London office for an international gaming company, an 18,000 sq ft fit-out and furniture project for IT security company Avecto and a £1m refurbishment for a global firm of human resource consultants.

Joint managing director Ann Clarke said: “We’ve been fortunate enough to keep the momentum we’ve built over the last couple of years thanks to our business development efforts and the continued creativity and work-hard ethos of the team.

“While several of these projects are with long-standing multi-site customers and are testament to the relationships we’ve nurtured, we’ve also been privileged to deliver projects for new clients, some of which have resulted in the most creative and challenging work in Claremont’s history.

“Most of these projects reinforce the importance of being able to offer a full suite of services spanning design, fit-out, technology and furniture.”

The business enjoyed a strong 2015 with more than 200 new client wins and the addition of 25 new members of the team.

Claremont is currently vying to win National Public Champion in the European Business Awards, which requires as many votes as possible by February 26.

Claremont submitted a video as part of its entry to showcase the values and passion that have made it one of the most successful interior design and fit-out businesses in the UK
