Individual and celebrity chef serve up Euston opening

MANCHESTER-based Individual Restaurants and popular TV chef Gino D’Acampo have launched a new restaurant at London’s Euston Station.

The leisure operators, which formed a partnership in 2015 when D’Acampo invested in Individual restaurants and its food academy, have worked with SSP, the international food and beverage brands group, on the Euston site.

Called Gino D’Acampo – My Restaurant, the new venue serves a wide selection of dishes, all day, every day, from early until late, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Its opening follows the  launch, two months ago, of Gino’s restaurant in Corn Exchange, Manchester.

Simon Smith, chief executive of SSP UK and Ireland said; “Gino D’Acampo – My Restaurant at Euston is set to become a must-visit destination for those looking for a bite to eat or a drink on their way home, as well as those who live and work in the area. We’re delighted to be working with Gino and his team to bring authentic Italian cuisine to one of London’s most important stations.”

D’Acampo added:  “I want to give commuters and local residents a proper taste of Italy. I am so excited to be part of the new food landscape in Euston and every effort has been made to make sure our guests have a truly authentic Italian experience.”

Individual is based on John Dalton Street in Manchester and is best-known for its Piccolino and Restaurant Bar & Grill brands. In the year to the end of March 2015 its parent company Restaurant Bar and Grill Ltd acheieve record revenues of £59.4m.
