Charges dismissed against Whitehouse in Rangers case

A SCOTTISH judge has dismissed charges against Manchester insolvency practitioner David Whitehouse, a partner at Duff & Phelps, in relation to the administration and sale of Rangers Football Club in 2012.

Both Mr Whitehouse and colleague Paul Clark were accused of a number of allegations regarding their involvement in the sale of the Scottish football club.
