Traffic update: M61 reopened
ALL lanes have now reopened on the M61 has southbound between J5 and J4 near Bolton.
Delays remaining from J6 are starting to clear.
It had been closed to allow Greater Manchester Police and ambulance services to work at an incident.
The northbound carriageway was also temporarily blocked to enable North West Air Ambulance to access the incident scene.
