Contract win for ServicePower

STOCKPORT-based SerivePower Technologies has won a new three year contract worth £525,000 with one of its clients.

The  workforce management software company will provide ServiceOperations and NEXUS FS to its client and will unlock the full payment if it achieves certain milestones.

The software allows clients to either dispatch members of its own workforce or third party service providers for certain on-site services.

It also facilitates payment processing and claims management, providing a simpler way to manage contractors while an in-built stats function allows the client to monitor contractor performance.

The NEXUS FS field service management software will provide real time status updates and easy access to information – helping to boost fix rates.
